Zachary Thomas Brisbane 18 of 199 Timmerman Road Little Falls, (Town of Manheim) died unexpectedly Saturday May 5th, 2012 at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident earlier in the day.
Zachary was born in Little Falls on April 4, 1994 the son of Kenneth and Katherine (Dygert) Swart and was a student at Little Falls High School.
Zack was a member of the Little Falls football team, also played volleyball and participated in track. He especially enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was returning from turkey hunting when the accident occurred.
He is survived by his parents Kenneth and Katherine, a son Zachary Thomas Brisbane Jr., his brothers Jacob Swart and Kenneth Swart III, a Sister Rebecca Swart, His Grandparents Alvin and Robin Montana of Little Falls, Terry and Jeanie Dygert, Charlene Vogt, Donna Vogt and his great Grandfather Charles Dygert, a Great Grandmother Irma Service , a Great Great Grandmother Viola Johnson his Soulmate Sammy Cook, several Uncles, Aunts and Cousins. He was predeceased by a sister Kaitlyn in August 1999.
Funeral services will be held Thursday May 10th, 2012 at 11 AM at the Enea Funeral Home 24 West Monroe Street Little Falls, NY. Burial will be in the West St. Johnsville Cemetery following the service. Calling hours are on Wednesday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home.
