William Taylor

TABERG, NY-Mr. William R. "Bill" Taylor, age 72, of Taberg, passed away on Tuesday morning, April 24, 2007 in Rome Hospital. He was born in Rome on April 15, 1935, son of the late Clarence and Jeanette (Clark) Taylor and graduated from Rome Free Academy. He was last employed with Rome Revere. He married Minnie Taylor in 1978. She passed away in 2005. Survivors include two special sons: Daniel Taylor and wife Debra of Little Falls and Thomas Taylor also of Little Falls; two sisters and brothers in law: Cecilia and Cecil Bunal of Rome and Janice Bunal and husband Andy of Rome; four brothers: Donald Taylor of Rome, Paul Taylor of Rome, Frank Taylor and wife Irene of Rome, and Bruce Taylor; a sister in law: Janet Taylor of Rome and he is also survived by Katherine LaBonte of Little Falls and two grandchildren: Nicholas and Anthony Taylor of Little Falls, many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by two sisters: Joan Kent and Rosemary Taylor and by two brothers: Harold and Clarence Taylor. There are no calling hours. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends are invited to a luncheon in memory of Bill which will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2007 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the American Legion in Ilion. Cremation arrangements are being handled by the Enea Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, between Frankfort and Ilion, (894-8000).
