Bill, as he was affectionately known, was a light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Born in Providence, RI, he attended Mount Pleasant High School, Community College of Rhode Island and the Leland Powers School of Broadcasting, in Boston, MA. Bill was a talented trumpet player and a founding member of the popular Rhode Island band, Sunn. As well, he was a NY Radio Disc Jockey for many years and a retired radio personality, in Utica, NY.
A proud Vietnam Era veteran, Bill enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1972 and stayed in military service as an NDI Master Technician for 21 years.
