William S. Muddle

JOHNSTOWN – William S. Muddle, 43, of Johnstown , passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at Alpine RNC, Little Falls, NY. He received exceptional care from the loving nurses at that facility, as well as from NY Oncology Hematology, in Amsterdam , where the care was superb.

Bill was born June 10, 1975 and raised in Gloversville , NY . He worked for many years with Price Chopper in Johnstown . He truly enjoyed watching all types of sports and had a special liking towards Derek Jeter.

He was predeceased by his mother, Dora “Judy” Betts. He is survived by his father, William E. “Bill” Muddle, Jr., of Fort Plain; his sister and brother – in – law, Linda and Peter Elwood, of St. Johnsville; his nephews and their families, Steven and Theresa Elwood, of St. Johnsville and Thomas and Carlee Elwood, of St. Johnsville; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at 11:30 AM, at St. Johnsville Cemetery, with Rev. David A. Johnson, officiating. There are no calling hours.
