William Joseph Linneman

William J. Linneman Jr., 83, of Mohawk, NY, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025.

Born on April 30, 1942, in Queens, NY, William (Bill) made Mohawk, NY, his home in 1990. He had a long and successful career in the banking industry, from which he retired over 40 years ago. In his retirement, Bill enjoyed his favorite pastimes—hunting, golfing, fishing and bowling, where he proudly scored a perfect 300 several times.

Bill is survived by his sister Joyce and her children, Christine and Roger. He will be fondly remembered by his family and friends for his quiet strength, generosity, and the joy he brought to their lives. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

His arrangements are in care of The Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home at 4309 Acme Road, Ilion, New York. There will be no services.
