HERKIMER- Mrs. Virginia M. Pier, 89, of Herkimer, entered into eternal rest on January 17, 2011 at St. Luke's Hosital in New Hartford.
She was born on May 2, 1921, in Little Falls, daughter of the late Carl and Gladys (Staring) Sawyer.
In keeing with the family's wishes there will be no calling hours. Burial will take lace in the sring of 2011 at the family's convenience.
The family is being cared for by the Enea family Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St. Herkimer.
