NEW HARTFORD/LITTLE FALLS: Virginia I. Koski, 87, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2015 at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare, New Hartford.
She was the daughter of the late Frances and Alfred Lawrence. Her father, Alfred, was a longtime resident and business man in Little Falls. She began her schooling at the Benton Hall Elementary School and graduated from Little Falls High School, Class of 1945. Later, she married Theodore Koski, a union which lasted almost 54 years. Ted passed away in 2005.
Virginia is survived by a sister, Carol Jones of North Utica; daughters–in law, Roberta Kendall of Ohio and Rosanne Kirsch of North Carolina; step-grandchildren, Kristina Gordon and David Morrison. She also leaves several nieces; nephews; a very dear special friend, Laura Mysnyk from Vestal, NY and 2 sisters-in-law. She was predeceased by her 2 sons, Kevin and Craig; a sister, Shirley Moschetto and 5 brothers.
There are no visiting hours. A Graveside Service will take place at Rural Park Cemetery, Inghams Mills on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to one's favorite charity in Virginia's memory.
