In Loving Memory of Tammy Lee Moynihan

 November 19, 1968 – October 10, 2026

With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of a remarkable woman, a devoted mother, a loving grandmother, a cherished friend and a true fighter who touched the lives of so many. At the age of 57, she passed away following a courageous four-month battle after suffering a heart attack. Throughout her fight, she showed incredible strength, determination, and resilience, holding on with everything she had. Her courage was a reflection of the strong, hardworking, and loving woman she had always been.

Born on November 19, 1968, in Little Falls, New York, she spent her life working hard, overcoming challenges, and building a life she could be proud of. She was a dedicated credit card processor for SimPay, where her determination and talent led her to become the top saleswoman in her district. She took pride in her work and never shied away from a challenge. Everything she accomplished was earned through perseverance, dedication, and an unwavering work ethic.

One of her proudest accomplishments was purchasing a home entirely on her own through her own hard work. Her home represented so much more than a place to live; it was a symbol of everything she had overcome, everything she had worked for, and the independent, determined woman she was. She built her life with her own two hands and had every reason to be proud of the life she created.

Above all her accomplishments, her greatest legacy was the love she gave. She was a caring, generous, and loving woman who meant so much to so many people. She had a heart that cared deeply, a strength that inspired others, and a spirit that refused to give up. She was the kind of person who worked hard for what she had, loved with her whole heart, and left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Her Catholic faith was an important part of her life. She believed deeply in the Lord, and her faith was a source of comfort and strength throughout her journey. As she faced some of life’s hardest battles, she continued to show the courage and perseverance that defined her.

She found happiness in the simple things that made life beautiful, especially crafting and gardening. She loved creating things, tending to her garden, and making her house a home. She also had a special place in her heart for her beloved pets, her dogs Whiskey Jack and Buster, and her bird, Nico, who brought her companionship and joy. Whiskey Jack, in particular, held a very special place in her heart.

Her greatest treasures were her family and the people she loved. She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Crystal Hight, and her son in law Brandon, her cherished grandchildren, Brixleigh and Jacey, who brought so much love and happiness into her life; her mother, Mary LaFountain and her best friend, Crystal Bastien who held a special place in her life and heart.

She will be remembered for her incredible strength, her kind and caring heart, her unwavering determination, her deep faith, and the way she continued to fight through life’s challenges. She spent her life working hard to build something meaningful, and she did so with a strength that deserves to be remembered and celebrated.

Though her final battle was one of her hardest, it never defined the entirety of her life. She was so much more than the struggles she faced. She was a daughter, a mother, a grandmother, a best friend, a devoted worker, a woman of faith, and a fighter who never stopped trying. Her life was a testament to perseverance, love, and the courage it takes to keep moving forward, even when life is difficult.

Her absence leaves an immeasurable emptiness in the hearts of those who loved her, but the memories she created, the love she shared, and the example she set will remain forever. She will live on in the hearts of her family, in the lives she touched, in the home she worked so hard to build, and in the countless memories that will never be forgotten.

She fought hard. She loved deeply. She worked tirelessly. And she leaves behind a legacy of strength, faith, and love that will never fade.

May she find eternal peace in the loving arms of the Lord. May she rest peacefully, knowing that she was loved more than words could ever express.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Family and friends will be invited to come together to honor her life, share memories, and celebrate the remarkable woman she was.

She will be loved always, missed beyond measure, and forgotten never.
