HERKIMER – Mr. Rossal Joseph Angelo, passed away on Saturday July 2, 2016 at Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare, town of New Hartford, NY. He was a proud combat veteran, US Army, World War II, with service inclusive to the Philippines and Occupy Tokyo.
