Rosemarie Grossi

Rosemarie A. Grossi, 71, of the Folts Home and a former Little Falls resident, passed away on Tuesday May 31, 2005 at Little Falls Hospital. She was born October 25, 1933 in Germany the daughter of Elizabeth Hirsch and was educated in Germany. Her marriage to Alexander Grossi took place on December 10, 1953 in Germany. The couple shared a blessed union of 40 years until the passing of Mr. Grossi on January 4, 1994. With family as her foremost priority, Rosemarie proved her self a loving and caring mother & grandmother. Rosemarie was an artistic person, whose talents were passed down to her children and grandchildren. Survivors include 4 sons; Alex Grossi and wife Tammy of Marlborough, Conn., Ted Grossi and wife Kathy of Broadbrook, Conn., Peter Grossi and wife Kristin of Sayville, NY and Michael Grossi and wife Kathy of Syracuse, 3 daughters; Diana Chadwell and husband Eric of Richfield Springs, NY, Mary Thurston of Mass., and Christine Crozier and husband Jeffrey of Ilion, her grandchildren; Rachelle and Jennifer Grossi, Ryan and Alana Grossi, Kayla, Matthew and Danielle Grossi, Angelia, Stephanie and Anthony Grossi, David J. Springer and Jessica L. Crozier, several great grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 4, 2005 at 10:00 am from the Holleran & Enea Family Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St., Herkimer, NY with Reverend Patricia Lawrence, pastor of the Herkimer First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary?s Cemetery, Town of Herkimer. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home on Friday June 3, 2005 from 5-7 pm. All memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer?s Unit of the Folts Home.
