Rose Sacco

Rose T. Sacco, 88, of Claxton Manor (Folts Home), Herkimer, and formerly of 50 Hancock Street, Little Falls, passed away on Wednesday May 24, 2006 at Little Falls Hospital. She was born April 1, 1918 in Little Falls the daughter of the late Sebastian & Ermina (Paluzzi) Tucci and was educated in Little Falls. Her marriage to John J. Sacco took place on December 28, 1946 at St. Joseph?s Church in Little Falls. The couple shared at blessed union of 47 years until the passing of Mr. Sacco on September 9, 1993. Rose was last employed at Salada Tea in Little Falls. Mrs. Sacco was a member of the Holy Family Parish and its Altar Rosary Society. Survivors include her daughter, Janice Sacco of Albany, and several nieces & nephews. She was pre-deceased by 3 sisters and 4 bothers. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 30, 2006 at 10:15 am from the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe St., Little Falls, and at 11:00 am from the Holy Family Parish, (corner of Main & John Street) Little Falls, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Reverend Anthony Ligato, pastor. Burial will follow at St. Mary?s Cemetery, Town of Herkimer, NY. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home on Monday May 29, 2006 from 3-6 pm. All memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Family Parish or the Little Falls Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
