Mrs. Robin Lynn Montana 52 of 199 Timmerman Road Town of Manheim, Little Falls, died unexpectedly on July 19, 2012 at Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport, New York following back surgery.



Robin was born on January 21, 1960 in Little Falls, the daughter of Erma (Johnson) Corso of St. Johnsville and the late Rodney Service, and was educated in St. Johnsville schools.



Robin and her companion Alvin Montana of more than 25 years were married on June 29, 2002 in the Inghams Mills Baptist Church.



She was employed at the St. Johnsville Nursing Home for 12 years and most recently by Liberty ARC of Montgomery County, retiring from there due to a disability.



Her personal interests included woodworking, sewing, crafts and collecting many different collectables.



Surviving her is her husband Alvin, her Mother Erma Corso, her children Marybeth Christman and her companion Mark Barone of Mechanicville, NY, Katherine and Kenneth Swart of Little Falls, Terry Dygert of Canajoharie, Stacy Servidone and her companion James Farrington of Little Falls, Alvin and Toni Montana of Dolgeville, Michelle and Tim Irwin of Michigan, her maternal grandmother Viola Johnson of St. Johnsville, a brother Rodney Service of St. Johnsville her sisters Michelle Maynard, Andrea Mulcahey and Victoria Battisti all of St. Johnsville, several grandchildren and one great grandson. She was predeceased by her sisters Candice Vose and Nancy Swank,her grandchildren Zachary Thomas Brisbane on May 5, 2012 and Kaitlyn Swart on August 21, 1999.



Funeral services will be held Monday at 1PM at the Enea Funeral Home 24 West Monroe Street Little Falls, with the Rev. Donald Dixon officiating. Burial will follow in the West St. Johnsville Cemetery. Calling hours are on Monday from 11AM until the time of the services at 1PM.





Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Brian A. Roberts, of Dolgeville.
