Ilion: Mr. Robert J. Mullaney, Jr., 65, of Ilion, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at Bassett Healthcare, Cooperstown. At the time of his passing, he was surrounded by his loving family.
Robert was born on June 6, 1947 in Ilion, a son of the late Robert J. and Cora (Skinner) Mullaney, Sr. He received his education in Ilion schools. His last employment was with Utica Tech in Whitesboro.
Robert is survived by his loving daughters, Tina Congilaro of Ilion and Tiffeny Moore of Rome; a brother, James Mullaney; sister, Susan Spencer; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects to the family on Wednesday, September 19, from 6-8 P.M. at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Ilion (town of Frankfort). A memorial service will be conducted by Deacon James Bower of Annunciation Church, Ilion, at the conclusion of calling hours.
