STRATFORD – Robert L. Farquhar, 78, of Stratford, passed away June 22, 2023, at Foltsbrook Homes.
He was born on November 26, 1944, in Gloversville, New York, a son to the late John W. and Edith (Chase) Farquhar and received his MBA from Niagara University. He served in the US Army, 1962-1965. He worked with ACS, Utica, as a corporate computer trainer.
