CLINTON - Mr. Richard Schottel, age 61, of Clinton, NY, passed away on September 2, 2012.
He was born in Buffalo on July 3, 1951, son of the late Kenneth and Kathleen (Gammons) Schottel. He attended Utica schools and was a graduate of UFA. Rich was an honorably discharged US Army veteran. His greatest happiness was his wife Patricia (Zawtocki). They were married August 24, 1992 in Schuyler, NY. Patty passed away Sept. 11, 2008. He worked as a processor with the Federal Reserve - Rome, NY.
There are no services, and the arrangements are under the caring guidance of The Enea Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road (Town of Frankfort) Ilion, NY. - Kevin E. Enea, director. (315-894-8000). Interment will be alongside his wife Patty, in St. Mary's Cemetery, Town of Herkimer.
