ILION - Mr. Ray K. Jones, 66, of Jordanville Road, Ilion, (Town of Columbia), passed away unexpectedly, on March 18, 2024, upon arrival at Little Falls Hospital.
Mr. Jones was born on December 8, 1957, in Ilion, a son of the late Merle K. and Gloria (Bokowski) Jones. Ray attended Mount Markham Schools and was a lifelong Cedarville resident. He was a member of the Ilion Elk’s and an avid golfer.
In 1979, he and Marie Guardi were united in marriage, together sharing a loving union of close to 50 years.
Mr. Jones was a polisher and worked at Turbo Machined Products, LLC, in Frankfort.
Surviving Ray are his loving wife, Marie; a daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Brent Tracey; a grandson, Mason Tracey; brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Karen Jones, Larry and Linda Jones, Paul and Diane Jones and Ken and Heidi Jones; a sister and brother-in-law, Kristine and Paul Jenkins; and several nieces, nephews and In-Laws.
In keeping with Ray's wishes, there are no calling hours and services will be private. The family is being served by Enea, Ciaccia & Applegate Funeral Directors, Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, between Ilion and Frankfort (894-8000).
