Phyllis was born in Herkimer, NY, on May 21, 1940, to John and Miriam Goodman.
Phyllis was a wonderful mother to four lovely children and an exceptional grandmother to 12 beautiful grandchildren. Phyllis loved her family and she loved spending time having sleepovers with her grandchildren.
She worked as a housekeeper at the Mohawk Valley General Hospital, from February 26, 1974, until October 25, 1991. Her work continued as a Housekeeper at the Mohawk Valley Nursing Home, from October 25, 1991 until she retired on March 24, 2001. She loved her time there. She would volunteer her time putting on dinners for the residents in hopes to brighten up their time. Everyone who knew Phyllis knew she was a gentle loving soul.
