Born on October 21, 1969, in Herkimer, NY, Philip’s life was marked by dedication, service, and a deep love for those close to him.
A long-time resident of the Mohawk Valley, Philip was best known for his steadfast commitment as a truck driver for Walmart in Marcy, NY. He took pride in his work and was respected by colleagues and friends alike for his reliability and hardworking nature. Beyond his professional life, Philip proudly served his country in the United States Army, a testament to his character and sense of duty.
Philip’s passions extended into his personal life, where he found peace and joy in fishing, a beloved pastime that connected him with nature and provided moments of quiet reflection. His generosity and care were evident in his decision to be an organ donor, an act that reflected his enduring spirit of giving and compassion.
Family was the cornerstone of Philip’s life. He is survived by his loving spouse, Beth (Fallon) Congilaro, His beloved mother Sandra Congilaro, his son, Matthew Congilaro, along with Matthew’s partner, Airana, His daughters, Sidney Congilaro and Casey Whitacer (married to James), and his sister Tina Congilaro.
Philip’s also leaves behind his brother, Jason, and Jason’s wife, Beth. Along with three nephews,
