in Ilion, passed away on Wednesday January 17, 2018 at Faxton – St. Luke’s Healthcare in the town of
New Hartford
, NY.
Peggy Ann will be sadly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Deb and Robert Snell of
Ilion
, her grandchildren, Timothy and Matthew, her brother and sister-in-law, William Shipengrover and his wife Judy of Buffalo and several nieces and nephews. She also had many friends where she lived at the Prindle Apartments and enjoyed playing cards with them there. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Jennifer Snell and her great-grandson, Dylon (Farouche) Snell. She loved the casino, and her grandchildren always held a special place in her heart. For many years she was the owner and operator of Peg’s Pantry Restaurant in
Ilion
. She was born, raised and educated in Herkimer and was also preceded in death by her parents, John and
Florence
(Claussen) Shipengrover.
Arrangements have been privately established with The Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home at
4309 Acme Road

Ilion

NY

). Her interment will be in the family plot in the Spring of 2018 at
Armory
