HERKIMER – Patricia Ann (Lamanna) Petucci, age 81, passed away on Thursday morning, September 4th, 2025, with the love and support of her family at her side.

Born in Herkimer, New York, on April 28th, 1944, Patricia was the daughter of the late Michael and Vera (Valente) Lamanna. Raised and educated locally, she was a Graduate of Herkimer High School, Class of 1962.

Upon graduation from high school, she began her employment working for Griffiss Air Force Base. Then in subsequent years she worked for Montgomery Wards in Herkimer and finished her career as a real estate broker working for Martha’s Realty. Patricia was very proud of her accomplishments in achieving over a million dollars in sales.

On February 20th, 1965, Patricia married Domenick L. Petucci at St. Anthony’s Church in Herkimer. They shared a loving union of 60 years together. Being blessed with a large and loving family, Patricia cherished her five grandsons and spent many memorable times with those she loved the most. Her love, kindness, and the traditions she created will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She devoted her life to her family, finding joy in the simple but meaningful things—cooking, keeping a warm and welcoming home, and being surrounded by those she loved. She especially cherished hosting Sunday dinners and preparing holiday meals, where her cooking brought everyone together and created treasured memories for generations.

Faith was an important part of her life. She was a dedicated member of her church, Sts. Anthony & Joseph, where she found fellowship and purpose. She also enjoyed her time with the Crafty Lady’s group and Christian Services, where she shared her talents, friendships, and generosity with others.

Surviving is her beloved husband, Domenick, her son and daughter – in – law, Michael & Colleen Petucci, her son and daughter – in – law, Scott & Dina Petucci, her grandsons, James (Kaylee), Joseph, Nicholas, Zachary, and Jacob. Her sister and brother – in – law, Carmella and Tony Trimboli, her sisters – in – law, Philomena Tripolone, & Toni Palmieri, her nieces and nephews, Ann Marie & David Barr, Michelle & Jim Barrett, Nicole & Kyle Shirvani, Donna Whitney & Don Foor, Dickie Whitney, Maria & Joe Gallagher, Phillip & Barb Tripolone, Susan & Duane Meszler, Rob & Mary Palmieri, and Donald Palmieri, as well as many special great – nieces & nephews.

Patricia was predeceased by her parents, Michael & Vera Lamanna, her brother, Clem Lamanna, her sister and brother – in – law, Jessie and Dick Whitney, her sister Rose Marie Lamanna, her brothers – in – law, Phil Tripolone & John Palmieri, and her nephews John & David Palmieri.

The family extends their deepest gratitude to the Foltsbrook Center, Herkimer, who provided wonderful care, particularly the Rehabilitation Unit.

Family and friends are invited to calling hours in her honor to be held on Monday, September 8th, 2025, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at The Enea Family Funeral Home at 220 North Washington Street in Herkimer, New York.

Her funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 9th, beginning at 10:30 AM where prayers will be offered at the funeral home, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at The Church of Sts. Anthony & Joseph, South Main Street in Herkimer. Interment will then take place at Calvary Cemetery, Herkimer.

Those who wish to remember Patricia in a special way are asked to consider a donation in her memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home for this purpose, and the opportunity to do so is available at the funeral home website at www.eneafamily.com on the Internet.
