Patricia A. Burnett

Patricia A. (Maurer) (Pitreau) Burnett, age 86, of Frankfort, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2025, at the Foltsbrook Center in Herkimer. At the time of her passing, she had the love and support of her daughters by her side.  

Patricia was a graduate of Coxsackie-Athens High School Class of 1958. She was employed in many positions at Price Chopper Supermarket and retired in 2004, after 35 years. She was predeceased by her husband Gregory Burnett. Together they enjoyed many years of dancing at the Elks Club and camping all over the country. She is also predeceased by her brother John Maurer and her sisters, Kathy Hamm, Virginia Hoose, and Roseanne Reilly.

She is survived by her four daughters, Alana (Michael) Brown of Frankfort, Cynthia (Jose) Martins of East Greenbush, Joan (Robert) Vincent of Jacksonville, Florida and Christine (Eric) Blahut of North Carolina; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved with all her heart, Troy and Nathan Brown, Lisa (Frank) Johnson, Nicole (Matthew) Paterson, Joseph Gottlieb, Marc (Emily) and Ryan (Amber) Vincent, Stanley, Adam and Colin (Jessica) Burch, Frankie Johnson, Abigail, Madison and Rowan Paterson, Madeline and Charlie Burch, Alexa Vincent and Kaitlyn & Julie Burch; Aunt Wilhemina “Rosie” Stroud and Uncle Skip; as well as her Frankfort family, the Fumarola’s, Ferdula’s and Irons' families, whom she loved dearly and who always included her in everything.

A special thank you to Ruby and the staff on the Third Floor at Foltsbrook for their loving care over the last six months.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 5:00PM - 7:00PM at the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Town of Frankfort, Ilion, NY (315) 894-8000. Patricia's funeral service and Celebration of Life will commence at the funeral home at 7:00PM, immediately upon the conclusion of visitation, with Rev. Brian Engel officiating. 

Patricia will be laid to rest with a Graveside Service on Friday morning, January 16, 2026, at 11:00AM at Riverside Cemetery, 288 Riverside Ave, Coxsackie, NY 12051.
