Patricia M. Burleigh, 68, of Herkimer, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022.
She was born in Herkimer on April 10, 1953, the daughter of Floyd and Doris Ford.
Patricia is survived by her beloved family: daughter, Jolene (Jamie) Matt; sons, Matthew (Evelyn) Burleigh, and Steven Burleigh; and two granddaughters who were her pride and joy, Isabelle Matt and Grace Matt. She is also survived by her brother, David (Gloria) Ford and sisters, Viola Church and Doreen Lindsay; and many nieces and nephews.
Patricia was predeceased by her parents, Floyd and Doris Ford, and many brothers and sisters.
Family and friends are welcome to a Celebration of Life on Sunday, February 6, 2022, from 1:00PM – 5:00PM at the Ilion/Frankfort VFW Post 502 located at 4274 Acme Rd, Frankfort, NY 13340.
Patricia’s final arrangements have been entrusted to the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Town of Frankfort, Ilion, NY (315) 894-8000, Harry and Kevin Enea and Martin L. Ciaccia, Funeral Directors.
