Nathalie C. Becker, 42, of 167 Yule Corners Road, Jordanville, Town of Warren, passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Friday morning October 31, 2003 at her home. She was born on April 24, 1961 in Orleans, France; and was educated in Little Falls schools, having graduated with Little Falls High School, Class of 1980. She later went on to attend Barbizon School of Modeling in Syracuse, graduating there with the class of 1980. Nathalie was also a graduate of Herkimer County Community College; Travel & Tourism. At one time Nathalie had worked with the former Travel Source in New Hartford as a travel advisor. She currently was the owner and operator of the Cottonwood Cottage of Richfied Springs, located on Canadarago Lake. Nathalie was very outgoing and lived a happy and vivacious life. Some of her most happy times were spent gardening and arranging flowers, along with canoeing an hiking in the Adirondack Mountains. She is survived by her loving fiance: Robert Hadsell of Jordanville along with his son Justin and Robert's mother Anita Barberio; Nathalie's mother Micheline (Gaudin) Becker of Little Falls; her sister: Margaret Haughton and her husband David of Little Falls; two nephews: David Snell ad Daniel Haughton; several aunts, uncles, and cousins overseas in France. There will be a memorial mass offered in Nathalie's memory on Saturday evening Nov. 1, 2003 at 5:00 PM at St. Joseph's Church in Dolgeville. Family ad friends are invited to attend. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Enea Family Funeral Home Main Street Between Ilion & Frankfort on Monday Nov. 3 from 5 - 7 PM. A Celebration of Nathalie's Life will follow at 7:00 PM at the funeral home chapel with words to be offered in her memory.
