Mildred House

ST. JOHNSVILLE- Mildred House, 107, entered into eternal rest on January 21, 2010 in Rochester. She was born on September 6, 1902 in St. Johnsville, daughter of the late William and Grace (Fitzer) Lieber. On July 14, 1930 she was united in marriage with Franklin House at St. John?s Reformed Church in St. Johnsville. Their union lasted until Franklin?s death on December 7, 1957. Mildred worked for over 50 years as a manager with Fannie Farmer in Rochester. Survivors include her nieces Marian (Dolly) Smith of St. Johnsville and Eula Lieber of Houston, TX; her many great nieces and nephews; great great nieces and nephews and her great great great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Harry Lieber; her sister Pearl Carter; her niece Charlotte Carter; and her nephews William Henry Carter and Richard F. Carter. In keeping with Mildred?s wishes there are no calling hours. There will be a graveside service at the convenience of the family in the spring at St. Johnsville Cemetery where she will be buried alongside her husband Franklin.
