Michele Keeler

ILION - Michele L. Keeler, 40, of Tulip Drive, town of Frankfort, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, June 19, 2007. Michele was born Nov. 19, 1966, in Ilion, attended Ilion schools and she graduated from Herkimer High School and the Utica School of Commerce. She was currently enrolled in the Herkimer County BOCES Licensed Practical Nurse program and was scheduled to graduate this month. Michele was employed at the Folts Homes for 12 years as a Certified Nurse's Aide before returning to school. She was married to Albert R. ?Al? Keeler on Aug. 19, 1995, in Ilion; he passed away March 19, 2005. She loved camping, the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her beloved children, Samantha J. Reid of Ilion and Jesse A. Perrone of Herkimer; her mother, Vivian McGraw; sister, Kristine Annese of Frankfort, who was her best friend, and Kristine's fianc? Ryan Koster; nephews, Zachary Franklin and Scott Annese; niece, Alysha Annese; extended family and many friends. She was predeceased by her adoptive parents, John and Virginia Stine. Michele's funeral services will be held privately. There are no public calling hours. Interment will be in Litchfield Cemetery. Those wishing to do so may consider memorial contributions in Michele's name to the Folts Homes Alzheimer's Unit.
