Michael Brown

Michael Francis ?Mick? Brown, 50 of Everson, Washington and a former Herkimer resident, passed away on Tuesday November 23, 2004 at his home with his loving family by his side. Mick was born September 2, 1954 in Herkimer the son of Donald & Jacqueline (Manion) Brown. He was a graduate of Herkimer High School, class of 1972 and received his Bachelor Degree from SUNY in Plattsburgh. For 13 years, Mick resided in Everson, Washington, prior to that he lived in Kodiak, Alaska for 10 years. On October 6, 2001 he was united in marriage to Alyson French Brown. Mr. Brown was first employed at Spencer Electric in Kodiak, Alaska. After moving to Washington he was employed at H.E. Mills Electric Co. Inc. in Bellingham, Washington where he worked as an electrician. Survivors include his parents, Donald & Jacqueline of Herkimer; his wife Alyson; his daughters, Cara, Eva, Maria, and Emma of Everson, WA., brothers, Daniel Brown of Mt. Holly, VT., & Patrick Brown and wife Robin of Baldwinsville, NY; sisters, Donna Wrobbel of Fairport, Christine Howell and husband Robert of Canastota, Carolyn DeCoursey and husband William and Kimberly Schrader and husband Rudy all of Herkimer, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. He was pre-deceased by a nephew & godson Michael Howell. Memorial mass will be held on Sunday December 12, 2004 at 2:00 pm at St. Franics de Sales Church, Herkimer with Reverend Mark Cunningham, pastor officiating. Local arrangements are by the Holleran ? Enea Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St., Herkimer, NY. All memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society (Skin Cancer Advocacy). Envelopes will be available at the memorial mass.
