Mary Manti

Miss Mary C. Manti, 77 of 18 Brockett Street, Dolgeville, died unexpectedly Wednesday February 4th, 2009 at her residence of natural causes. Mary was born in Dolgeville, on October 1st, 1931 the daughter of John and Florence (Ciarelli) Manti and was a graduate of Dolgeville schools. Mary was employed for several years as an operator for the former New York telephone Company of Utica, which is now known as Verizon. She was a faithful member of St. Joseph?s Church, Dolgeville and she personally enjoyed collecting many different objects. Mary was also a member and Past President of the Little Falls Hospital Guild. She is survived by a special nephew: Jonathan Barron of Dolgeville; cousins: Virginia Coroniti of Ilion and Robert Oliver of Frankfort. She was predeceased by her sister Assunta ?Sue? Barron on July 28, 2008. A funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday morning, February 7th, 2009 at 10AM in St. Joseph?s Church, Dolgeville. The Rev. Leo F. Potvin, will be the celebrant. Spring burial will be in St. Joseph?s Cemetery, Dolgeville there are no calling hours. Memorials in her name maybe made to St. Joseph?s Church Memorial Fund.
