Marian Tofolo

Mrs. Marian E. (Williams) Tofolo, age 93, of Delray Beach, Florida, and a former resident of Utica, passed away on Saturday October 23, 2004 at Bethesda Memorial Hospital in Boynton Beach, Florida. She was born in Utica on October 4, 1911 and had received her education there. She was united in marriage to Anthony (Tubby) Tofolo who passed away in September of 1974. She is survived by her special care giver and close friend, Janice Vogel and her husband Samuel of Hague, NY; her sister Florence Scott of Boca Raton, Fl, her granchildren: Darlene Ballo-Abbatecola and her husband Thomas of Frankfort, Marion Kupiec and her husband Michael of Frankfort, Marie Ballo of Frankfort, Cosmina Provenzano and her husband Guy of Frankfort, Anthony J. Ballo of Frankfort and Delores Ballo of Mesa, AZ; a sister in law Lillian Tofolo of Utica and several nieces nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her mother Frances Elizabeth Sizer; her husband Anthony "Tubby" Tofolo; her step daughter Angela Ballo and her husband Cosmo; sisters in law Rose Bennett and Kathleen Griffin and Minnie DiVito; brothers in law Michael J. Tofolo and Nicholas Tofolo. A memorial service will be held locally at a time to be announced under the direction of the Enea Family Funeral Home, Main Street between Frankfort and Ilion (894-8000).
