Margaret Robinson

Margaret B. Robinson, 81, of 55 S. Helmer Ave., Dolgeville, passed away on Tuesday November 21, 2006, at Little Falls Hospital. She was born July 11, 1925 Haverstraw, (Rockland Co.), NY the daughter of the late William & Margaret Ellen (Turner) Jones. Margaret was a graduate of Haverstraw High School, and had been a resident of the Dolgeville area since 1985. Her marriage to Clayton Robinson took place on August 14, 1948 in Haverstraw. At one time she worked as a legal secretary for the Public Defenders Office and the District Attorney Office in Rockland, County. Mrs. Robinson was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include her husband of 58, years, Clayton, her children, Robin Robinson and wife Christine of Little Falls, Diane Bolak and husband William of Allen, Texas and Gail Barkovich of Wylie, Texas, 8 grandchildren, William, David and Catherine Robinson, Christopher Barkovich, and Kimberly, Loren, Jason & Mark Bolak, a sister, Lillian Mae Smolley of Florida, and many nieces & nephews. She was pre-deceased by a sister, Catherine Mutinsky who passed away in 1996. Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
