Margaret M. Keyes, 59, of a short term resident of Herkimer and formerly of Utica passed away, Tuesday May 1, 2012, in Rome Memorial Hospital, Rome with her family by her side.
She was born on May 21, 1952, in Utica, the daughter of Andrew and Mary Fasolo. Margaret was united in marriage to Dennis Keyes, Sr. Mr. Keyes passed away January 2, 2005.
Margaret enjoyed motorcycles, mopeds, playing guitar for her family and reading books.
She is survived by her daughter, Tasha Keyes of Herkimer; her parents, Mary and Andrew Fasolo; her brothers, Andrew and Ray Fasolo; her six grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Dennis Keyes, Jr.
Relative and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St, Herkimer on Monday, May 7, 2012, from 10am to 12PM. Margaret's funeral will be commence on Monday, May 7, 2012 at 12PM, from the chapel of the funeral home. Internment will be made in Calvary Cemetery, Herkimer.
The family would like to thank the staff at Stonehedge Nursing Home and Rome Memorial Hospital ICU for all the compassionate care.
