FRANKFORT- Margaret "Peggy" Jay, 56 of East Main St. entered into eternal rest on Wednesday December 30,2009. She was born on March 23,1953 in Ipswich, England, daughter of David G. and Ethel (Miller) Jackson. Survivors include her sons: Robert and David Jay; her brothers David Jackson, Michael Jackson, Mike, Barry and Allan Schultz; her stepmother Alice Jackson and her ex husband Robert Jay.
