Margaret Jaquish

HERKIMER-Margaret E. Jaquish, 56, of N. Bellinger St., passed away suddenly on Tuesday morning, March 25, 2008 in her home from heart complications. She was born on August 16, 1951 in Ilion, daughter of the late William and Nettie (Hotaling) Jaquish and educated in Ilion schools. She was formerly employed by Remington Arms, Ilion and the former Allegro Shoe Factory. She was of the Methodist faith. Margaret considered her loved ones to be her foremost priority. She shared a special bond and closeness with her daughter and granddaughter that brought her special joy and great pride. Survivors include he loving and devoted daughter: Vanessa Jaquish of Herkimer; her siblings: Robert Jaquish and wife Jan of Cassville, Ronald Jaquish of Florida, Glenn Jaquish of Arizona, and Charles Jaquish of Schuyler; a cherished granddaughter: Korrina Jaquish; an aunt: Mary Williams of Ilion; an uncle: William Hotaling of Richfield Springs; many nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at 7 p.m. at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St., Herkimer with the Rev. Roger Hotaling of the Word Christian Center, officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home on Thursday prior to the service. Interment will take place later in the spring in North Columbia Cemetery.
