Luis Roman Galvan Moreno

Luis Roman Galvan Moreno, just 3 years old, left this world far too soon on March 28, 2026.

Born on August 27, 2022, Luis was the beloved son of Dulce A. Galvan-Olvera and was also deeply loved by his stepfather, Oscar Moreno. He was baptized in the Roman Catholic faith at the Church of the Annunciation in Ilion.

Luis was a happy child who, despite the hardships he endured, was always smiling. He brought light and joy to those around him. He loved music and enjoyed playing, filling his days with laughter and warmth. Above all, he found his greatest comfort in his Mommy’s arms. He bring a lot of happiness and a life lesson to our family. He was, he is and he always be a warrior who show us all his strength for life and be with us until the day God decides to call him. 

Though his time here was far too short, Luis will forever live in the hearts of his family and all who loved him.

He is survived by his parents, Dulce and Oscar; his brother, Alejandro Galvan and his grandparents, Luis Galvan and Silvia Olvera.

Friends and family will gather to say their goodbyes on Wednesday morning, April 8, 2026, from 9:00AM – 10:00AM at the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Ilion, NY (315) 894-8000.

Luis’ funeral service will commence at 10:00AM at the funeral home and at 10:30AM at the Church of the Annunciation in Ilion where his Mass of Christian Burial will be offered by Rev. Paul Catena, Pastor.
