Herkimer: Linda L. Mick, 63, of Midtown Apartments, Prospect Street, Herkimer, passed away on February 6, 2012 in Little Falls Hospital.
Linda was born on May 30, 1948 in Camden, NJ, a daughter of the late Earl Joseph and Bernadette Vivian (Briggs) Sweeney. She was raised and educated in New Jersey. Linda was, at one time, married to Lou Mick.
Ms. Mick is survived by her sons, Robert Cronk of Utica, John Burt of Reno, NV, and Ryan Mick of Sparks, NV a daughter, Shannon Burt of Houston, TX; brothers, Randy Sweeney of FL and Earl Sweeney of NJ; sisters, Shirley Reinhardt of Herkimer, Betty Liccadello of NJ, and Beverly Woods of OR; grandchildren, Shawn and Tiffany Burt and Peyton Mick; two great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her canine companion, Bindi. She was predeceased by her parents, and brothers, Ricky, Gary, and James Sweeney.
Linda was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Herkimer. She volunteered her time at Midtown Apartments, and Meals on Wheels, which was her greatest interest.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service conducted by the Very Reverend Paul Bailey, of Christ Episcopal Church, on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 6 pm at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington Street, Herkimer. There are no calling hours.
Edward J. Kwiecinski, Funeral Director, Enea Family Funeral Home, is serving the family.
