HERKIMER - Mr. Leon Phillips, age 84, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 23, 2020, at the MVHS St. Luke's Campus.
Leon was born on April 22, 1936 and spent the majority of his life in the Mohawk Valley. He is survived by his friends at the Herkimer ARC and at the FoltsBrook Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, where Leon has been a resident for the past four years.
Private interment will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Herkimer. Arrangements have been entrusted to Harry and Kevin Enea and Martin L. Ciaccia, Funeral Directors of the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Town of Frankfort, Ilion, NY (315) 894-8000.
