ST. JOHNSVILLE- Laura May Putman, 95, of E. Main St, entered into eternal rest on May 17, 2011 at St. Johnsville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.
She was born on May 8, 1916, in Fonda, daughter of the late Stehen and Harriet Putman.
Laura May loved to bake cookies. Her greatest hainess came from heling other eole as she always had time for her neighbors. She was a former ianist at Randall Reformed Church.
She is survived by her cousin Howard Nare of Fort Plain and other family members. She was redeceased by her brothers LaVern Putman and Kenneth Putman.
Calling hours will be 1:30-2:30m on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 9 Center St., St. Johnsville. Procession will follow to Evergreen Cemetery in Fonda where she will be laid to rest.
In lieu of flowers, donations to SAVAC will be greatly areciated. The family is being cared for by John P. Lewandowski, Funeral Director
