CLINTON: Kenneth Barry Firman,79, of Clinton, NY passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at his home.
Born on October 2, 1934 in Troy NY, he was the son of the late Kenneth Guy and Emily (Scott) Firman. He was a graduate of Albany High School, Albany Business College and Jones College, Orlando, FL. Kenneth retired from the US Navy in October of 1973, after 20 years of service. On May 1, 1976, he married the former Beverly Joan Miller at The United Methodist Church in Ilion and they resided 25 years in Orlando and Deland, FL.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Beverly; his daughters, Marlene Firman, Darlene Lackey, Cynthia Bruce, Teresa Curran and sons, Kenneth and Michael Firman all of Cleveland, OH.
Burial will take place in the Firman Family Plot in Mohawk Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
Kenneth's funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Harry J. and Kevin E. Enea of the Enea Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Ilion (Town of Frankfort) 315-894-8000.
