Kenneth L. Darling, Sr.

FORT PLAIN – Kenneth L. Darling, Sr., 73, of Honey Hill Road, passed away peacefully, after a brief battle with cancer, on June 12, 2024, in the Town of Minden, New York.
He was born on March 28, 1951, in Little Falls, New York, the son of the late Robert Edward Darling and Marguerite Irma (Luck) Darling. He was educated in Oppenheim, New York. He was a retired bus driver.
Kenny is survived by his sons, Kenneth Darling, Jr. (Alana Adams), Robert Wakefield and John Wakefield (Cathy); his daughter, Tammy VanHorne (Robert); also, his several grandchildren and a special granddaughter, Kendry Story, who was by his side when he passed. He is also survived by his longtime girlfriend, Deb; and good friends, Ron and Manley.
Kenny was predeceased in death by his wife, Jean; his daughter, Hope Darling; and grandson, Anthony Darling.
The family has established all arrangements for cremation with their friends at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 9 Center Street, in St. Johnsville, New York, Enea, Ciaccia & Applegate Funeral Directors (518) 568-2300.
