DOLGEVILLE- Mr. Kenneth W. Bielawski, 68, of Lotville Rd., passed away on February 22, 2013 at Nathan Littauer Hospital with his loving family at his side.
He was born on June 12, 1944, in Schenectady, son of Wadsworth and Catherine (Simmons) Bielawski. Kenneth was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War; serving in the United States Marine Corps from 1961-1965. He received an honorable discharge on July 26, 1965. He was a carpenter for Weather Proofing Systems, Inc. in Mechanicville.
Survivors include his father Wadsworth Bielawski; his son: Peter Bielawski and his wife Joanne of Staatsburg, NY; his 2 daughters: Deborah Plath and her husband Frank of Ravena and Kayla Huether and her husband Francis of East Bern; his 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; his brother Larry; his sister Donna; his close friend and ex wife Patricia and his friends: Richard and Joyce Ploss and Brad, Brandon and Dave.
In keeping with Kenneth's wishes there are no calling hours.
Funeral arrangements were prearranged with Brian Roberts of the Roberts & Enea Family Funeral Home, 3 E. Faville Ave., Dolgeville. The family is being cared for by Brian Roberts and John P. Lewandowski, Funeral Directors.
