Joseph Krause

Mr. Joseph Blaine Krause 83 a resident of the Van Allen Nursing Home and formerly of south Helmer Avenue Dolgeville, died Wednesday August 22, 2007 at the nursing home. Joe was born in Lankershim, California on May 28, 1924 the son of Anthony and Hilda Krause. . A 21 year veteran of the United States Navy he served proudly from December 6, 1957 until his honorable discharge in 1978 with the rank of E7. While residing in Dolgeville Joe was employed by the Daniel Green Company in the maintenance department. He is survived by a Son Anthony Krause of Beach Park, Ill. A Daughter Lily Joe Smith of Wisconsin, a Sister Bernadette Coniglio of California, a Grandson David Krause of Saratoga, New York. He was predeceased by a Son Joseph Jr. in 1987 and a Grandson Joseph B. Krause III in 1972. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday August 28, 2007 at 10 AM in the Dolgeville Cemetery.
