John Rando

Mr. John F. Rando,64, of West Palm Beach, Fl., formerly of Herkimer, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 22, 2003 in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was born on June 4, 1939 in Herkimer, a son of the late John J. and Loretta Rando Moody. He graduated with the Herkimer High School Class of 1958 and served with the Air National Guard in Delaware. He was united in marriage to the former Shirley Gillespie on September 29, 1972. She predeceased him on August 19, 1997. Survivors include a son, Thomas Randy Rando of West Palm Beach, Fl., an aunt, Margaret Rando Piccione of Herkimer, a niece Maryann Rando of Herkimer, seven nephews, Michael, Robert, Kirk, Steven and James Rando who reside in the Herkimer and Mohawk area, Kenneth Rando of Fulton, NY, and Gregory George Rando of Kingston, PA. He was preceded in death by a brother and sister in law, Robert and Frances Rando, and a niece Linda Rando Sudakow. Services are private.
