Frankfort: John Edward Nicolette, 79, of Frankfort, passed away on Saturday morning, July 6, 2013.
John was born on November 9, 1934 to Joseph and Rose (Cacciatore) Nicolette. On September 19, 1959, he married Rosemarie Smith, who was by his side until her death in 2004. They were married for 45 years.
John was a graduate of Mohawk High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army. In years to come, he moved his family to California's central coast where he was employed by Unisys Corporation as a computer engineer.
He leaves behind his children, Michael of Palm Desert, CA, Ted of Hollister, CA, and Peggy of Northern California; his siblings Marion Pizer, Vincent Nicolette, Enos Nicolette, and Madeline Stephenson.
A memorial service will be conducted by the Reverend Lyle Robison on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the East Schuyler United Methodist Church, 118 Church Road, Frankfort. Kindly consider donations to the church.
