LITTLE FALLS: Mr. John H. Mathers, 72, a resident of Little Falls, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2014 at Bassett Medical Center, Cooperstown.
John enlisted in the United States Army on July 23, 1971, honorably serving his country with 2 tours in Vietnam. He was last employed as a security guard and was formerly resided in Sauquoit, NY. He was a member of the Little Falls American Legion and will be sadly by his comrades and friends there.
Friends and relatives are cordially invited to attend a graveside service on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery, Town of Herkimer with full military honors to follow.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe Street, Little Falls, NY 315-823-2424 and are under the direction of Harry J. and Kevin E. Enea, Funeral Directors.
