John Felix Kolkowski, age 72, a lifelong Mohawk Valley resident, passed away peacefully on Friday afternoon, December 30, 2022, at The Grand at Mohawk Valley, where he had been residing for these last few months.
Born in Little Falls on November 28, 1950, John was the son of the late Joseph and Aniela (Wojteczak) Kolkowski. He was raised and educated locally and worked as a machinist for the Cherry-Burrell Corp in Little Falls.
John is survived by his sister, Donna Kaleta; brother-in-law, Leszek; and nephews, Adam and Joe. He was predeceased by his parents and his brothers, Adam and Edward Kolkowski.
John's graveside service will be held at the convenience of his family. His earthly remains will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Herkimer.
Final arrangements have been entrusted to the Enea, Ciaccia and Applegate Funeral Directors.
