John Brys Jr. 52 of 317 West Main Street Johnstown, died Sunday August 2nd, 2015 at his residence of natural causes.
John was born on October 9, 1962 in Little Falls, New York the son of John and Etta Mae (Rhinehardt) Brys Sr. and was a graduate of Oppenheim-Ephratah Central School.
He was employed by ARG Trucking of Utica, having both a CDL and Hazmat Drivers License. He was also employed by the former Beechnut Company of Canajoharie.
John was previously married to the former Robin Lawrence.
His personal interests included hunting, fishing, and selling cars and at one time he also sold insurance. Additionally he was a member of the Sprite Club.
He is survived by a son, Josh Brys, a Daughter Chase Brys of Remsen, his brothers James Brys and his companion Carol of Salisbury Center, Melvin Colony of Schuyler, his sisters Pamela Ann Moore of Ephratah, Sandra Ann (Michael) Griggs of St. Johns, Fl. Several Nieces, Nephews, cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, and a Sister Judy Licciardo.
Graveside services will be held Monday August 10th, 2015 at 11 AM in St. Joseph's Cemetery State Street Dolgeville. Friends are invited to attend.
