Joan Zabry

St. Johnsville ? Joan Zabry, 55, of Old Meadow Road, St. Johnsville, passed away on Wednesday April 4, 2007 at Bassett Healthcare.

She was born July 2, 1951 in Ilion, NY the daughter of the late Joseph Francis and Alice Mae (Trautner) Zabry and was educated in Herkimer schools.

Joan was employed at LaSalle Labs in Canajoharie.
Joan was a loving and caring mother and grandmother whose life was centered around her family.

Survivors include a son Robert ?Bobby? Phillips and wife Kim of St. Johnsville, a daughter, Brenda Phillips of St. Johnsville, 3 brothers, Keith Zabry of Herkimer, Kenneth Zabry of Utica, & her twin brother, Joseph Zabry and wife Rhea of Chiefland, FL, 3 sisters, Marsha Kellogg of Gloversville, Phyllis Rood of Chiefland, FL, & Anne Williams and husband David of Whitesboro, 5 grandchildren, Brian Phillips, Justin Phillips, Kaylin Phillips, Adam Crosier, & Eric Bailey and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends; including a close friend, Dianne Hill and her goddaughter Amanda Kilmartin.

She was pre-deceased by a son Brian Phillips, 2 daughters, Alice Duhnam & Candy Kilmartin, a brother, Ronald Zabry and her late husband Robert Phillips.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday April 10, 2007 at 11:00 am from the Enea Family Funeral Home, 9 Center St., St. Johnsville. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Herkimer. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home on Monday April 9, 2007 from 6-8 pm.
