It is with immeasurable love and heartbreak that we announce the arrival of our beautiful, beloved son, Jack, who was born sleeping in the early morning of April 20th, 2026.

Jack was dreamed of, longed for, and loved for many years prior to his time. We dreamed of a life filled with firsts - first smiles, first giggles, first words, first steps. Though those moments were not ours to have, he will forever be many of our firsts - first cravings, first kicks, first dream come true, first hope.

Though his time with us was brief, it was filled with profound connection, laughter, grace, and meaning. He will be a part of us forever.

We believe he can be found anywhere; in the sunset, in the wind, in a raindrop, or in a butterfly - and always within the hearts of his mother, Madison Lee Decker, his father, Nicholas Frederick Jason Cacciatore, and family.

We love you so much, our sweet baby Jack. You are everything and more.
