Mrs. Isabella Green Schloicka 78 formerly of 95 South Main Street Dolgeville, died Friday October 18, 2013 at Faxton -St. Lukes Healthcare, New Hartford.
Isabella was born in Salisbury Center, New York on June 28, 1935 the daughter of Elmer and Edna (Foster) Green and was a graduate of Dolgeville High School.
Prior to retiring from Redco Food Company in Little Falls in 1997 she was also employed by the Folts Home of Herkimer.
She is survived by her sons and their wives Herbert and Stephanie Schloicka of Ilion, George M. Schloicka of Dolgeville and Steven and Beth Schloicka of Gloversville, A daughter Dawn Buck of Nebraska, a step-son Robert Schloicka of Florida, New York, several grandchildren and great grandchildren and a sister and her husband Nadine (Nan) and Chris Johnson of Dolgeville.
Isabella's request was to donate her body to the Anatomical Gift Program at Upstate Medical University of Syracuse.
Services will be announced at a future date. There are no services at this time.
Memorials in her name may be sent to the S & S Ambulance Corps 75 North Main Street Dolgeville, NY 13329.
Her arrangements are entrusted to Brian A. Roberts of the Roberts & Enea Funeral Home 3 Faville Avenue Dolgeville, NY.
