Howard Moshier

Howard W.J. Moshier, 74, a long time Mohawk resident, passed away on Monday December 17, 2007 at his home. He was born July 27, 1933 in Lassellsville, NY the son of the late William & Hazel (Earing) Moshier and was a graduate of Dolgeville High School. He was married to the former Virginia Burnett who preceded him in death. Mr. Moshier was a United States Army veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict. Howard was owner and operator of Moshier Home Repair working throughout the valley. Survivors include a son, Steven Moshier and wife Connie of Fruitland Park, Florida, two daughters, Shirley Kinney and husband Melvin of Little Falls and Tawyneann Poppell and fianc? Steven of Fonda, a sister, Helen Ange of Mohawk, 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews and a special friend, Corinne Getchell of Mohawk. He was pre-deceased by two brothers and a sister. Funeral services will be held on Thursday December 20, 2007 at 1:00 pm from the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe St., Little Falls, NY with Reverend Eugene Kipper, officiating. Spring burial at Curtis Cemetery, Salisbury, NY will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home on Thursday December 20, 2007 from 11:00 am until the time of the services.
