ST. JOHNSVILLE – Harold Russell Boyer, Sr., 64, of State Highway 5, St. Johnsville, passed away on Saturday February 4, 2017 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY with his beloved family there.
He was born on October 17, 1952 in Little Falls, NY, son of the late Harold and Marion (Ostrander) Boyer. On August 22, 1980 he was united in marriage with Marion Linda Diamond. She passed away on January 3, 2012. Harold and Linda loved spoiling their grandchildren, great-grandchildren, fishing and BBQ-ing!
Survivors include his children, Kelly Palmer, Penny McBee, Harold R. Boyer, Jr., Jessica Benton, Scott Boyer, and Antoinette Dobradi, Albert Doyle, John Doyle, Patrick Doyle, Matthew Doyle, Sr. and his wife Melissa, and Jennilynn Brown, his 30+ grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several sisters and a couple brothers, and his nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 5PM – 7PM on Friday February 10, 2017 at The Enea Family Funeral Home, 9 Center Street in St. Johnsville, NY. A service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours with Rev. Rodney Congdon officiating. Burial in Curtis Corners Cemetery will be in the spring of 2017. Arrangements are with Funeral Directors Harry J. & Kevin E. Enea (518) 568-2300.
